Carolyne holds an honours degree in Engineering (BEng), and worked for many major international companies including MacDonald Dettwiler and Associates (MDA), the European Space Agency (ESA), Corning Optical Fibers, British Nuclear Fuels, Nestlé, British Telecom and the Italian Space Agency.

Between 1996 and 2000, Carolyne was the Administrative Director for Manc Dance Company and the Carney Dance Academy.  From 2004 to 2006, she volunteered for the New Haven Ballet in many areas of administration and technical support.

Carolyne is proud to offer her technical and business background to assist in the administrative, technical and production aspects of the Fraser Valley Academy of Dance.
