RAD Registered Teacher

Miss Rachel has been working at dance schools across the lower mainland, from Richmond to Chilliwack, teaching Pre-Primary to Senior levels in ballet, hip hop, jazz, lyrical and stage. 

She is an Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) certified teacher, having successfully completed the two year RAD Ballet Teaching Certificate.  While completing her ballet teacher training, she enhanced her training by volunteering several hours each week to assist in class for some of the most experienced RAD ballet teachers in the area.

Miss Rachel completed her RAD Intermediate ballet as well as all ballet Grades from 2 to 8, training for over 17 years in ballet, jazz, stage, tap, hip hop, lyrical, modern, contemporary and acro. 

An honour student throughout high school and middle school, Miss Rachel has also been working and volunteering at pre-schools for many years.  She holds several child care certificates, including the Child Care Assistants License, an Early Childhood Educator Course on Guidance and Discipline, the Canadian Red Cross Emergency First Aid Certificate for Child Care and CPR, and a Family Child Care Certificate for Health, Safety and Nutrition.  She has attended numerous workshops on Child Care and Children's Behaviour, supplementing her hands-on training in daycare and dance studio environments.
